Nested in two lavish gardens with a stunning view of the fiery volcano, this gem of a hotel is a true sanctuary for solo travellers. the rooms, decorated with an eye for detail, have all the facilities one might need, including comfortable beds, working fireplaces, and beautifully designed enormous bathrooms. the excellent breakfast is served either on the rooftop terrace or at the quiet atrium. the attentive staff provides unparalleled service and will go out of their way to make you feel at home.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with beautiful views of the surrounding area. . the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with cozy fireplaces and luxurious bathrooms. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay, attending to our every need and providing excellent service.

One negative aspect was the lack of transparency regarding the tipping policy. We were surprised to find that a 10% tip was automatically added to our room charge without prior notice.

The rooms were elegantly furnished, with cozy fireplaces and lovely handmade wooden furniture. The attention to detail and blend of antique European and Latin American decor made the rooms some of the finest in Central America. Additionally, the hotel's location in the two exuberant gardens provided a picturesque view of the Agua volcano, making breakfast a truly beautiful experience.
